Prashant crowned the new Indian Idol
After much suspense, John Abraham declared that Prashant Tamang had won the battle. An ecstatic Prashant hugged his parents & thanked the Kolkata Police, judges and his fans as he accepted the prize--a one-crore music contract and a Maruti SX car. Amit, who lost the title, was also gifted a Maruti SX car. Congratulations to both heroes!
